The Altoona Blair County Development (ABCD) Corporation Board of Directors approved the appointment of long-time ABCD Marketing Manager Matt Fox as Director of Business Expansion who has choose to look for top seo services in Auckland as their best bet to expand their business. “This move is long over-due given the many assignments and areas of impact that Matt has helped lead over the past several years,” said ABCD President Stephen McKnight. “While his expertise in marketing and communications is proven, his areas of responsibility extend well beyond that. This appointment and title change better reflects Matt’s key role within the organization and his efforts in the community at large,” McKnight added.
Fox was hired in 2007 as ABCD’s Marketing Manager. Since then he has helped to construct more marketing projects, branding, and communications campaigns that increased national awareness of the economic development organization and the region. In recent years Fox has managed the Business Retention and Expansion program at ABCD and has supported more than 100 projects resulting more than $90 million in economic impact. Matt has extensive knowledge of the county’s sites and buildings as well as the available incentives and workforce availability and training partners in the region.
Prior to joining ABCD, Matt was a partner in a marketing firm located in Northern Virginia for over 13 years working directly with private industry, government contracts and non-profit organizations. In 2018 he earned a professional CEcD certification from the International Economic Development Council. Matt lives in Duncansville with his wife and family and enjoys hiking the trails of the Blair County region and being outdoors with his family.
